PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Waikato Hospital Board, held on, Thursday, the 12th day of July, 1931, the following resolution was passed:— “THAT in pursuance'and in exercise of Ihe powers vested in it in that behalf by Part 11. of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33 and Hio Waikato Hospital Board Loans Conversion Order, 193 i, the Waikato Hospital Board resolves to issue new securities in conversion o( the existing securities to which Ihe said Order relates, namely, the Waikato Hospital Board Loan of £30.000, 1918, and the Waikato Hospital Board Capital Expenditure Special Loan of £OOOO, 1923, such new securities io be issued in accordance with the terms and provisions of tlie Waikato Hospital Board Loans Conversion Order, 1931” and that the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of Hie Waikato Hospital Board, to be held at 10 a.in. on the 9th day of August, 1931, at the Central Waikato Electric Power Board’s Office, Anglesea Street, Hamilton.
