Many rivers In North Queensland and Central West are in flood as the result of continuous heavy rain. The rivers in the Charlesville district are in high flood. All shearing operations are suspended. The Condamine River is four feet over the railway bridge and is still rising. The train services are interrupted at Dalby. The sugar mill has ceased operations at Tully, when the sugar trains >verer held up.
