CLERK FINED £25. HIS LICENSE CANCELLED. (Bv Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. Stated by Senior-Sergeant Hempsw to have been lined £lO and to have had his driving license cancelled for a year in 1931 for being in charge of a oar while in a slain of mloxiralion. John Clifford Kershaw (29), clerk, pleaded guilty to-day to a similar charge. He was lined £25, and had his license cancelled for three years.
