FAREWELL TO LEAGUE. A POST IN ROME. (Received July 1, 1.15 p.m.) GENEVA, June 30. Sir Eric Drummond, in taking his farewell of the League of Nations staff, said they must not be pessimistic regarding the future. It Is believed Sir Eric will shortly be appointed British Ambassador at Rama. ~ -•* -
