(Received July 1, 10.15 a.m.) DUBLIN, June 30. “ Until Ireland Is free from English domination the Irish Republican Army will remain, and will carefully train and fit themselves, physically and otherwise, for the task In hand. Should England use force and involve Ireland In a European war she must be resisted.” This Is part of a remarkable proclamation Issued to the Irish people by the Irish Republican Army Council.
