THE AUCKLAND MURDER

NO FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS. AUCKLAND, Til ursday. The search for the murderer of Mr Arthur James Blomfleld. the chemist, who was savagely attacked in his shop in Wellesley Street last Friday evening, continues. No arrest has yet been made. The description of one man in Auckland answers somewhat to that of the man who was seen lo pass through the shop just before the crime was discovered. On one day lie was thoroughly questioned by detectives in a city hotel and on the next he was taken to the police station by a constable for further scrutiny.
