COMMUNAL RIOTS. SEVERAL DEATHS REPORTED. United Press Assn.—Elee. Tel. Copyright DELHI, August 13. Two Hindus and one Moslem were killed and 16 other persons injured in a grave communal riot at Dera Ismail Khan, on the north-west frontier. The shops of Hindus were looted and destroyed. The shopkeepers fired on the rioters in self-defence.
