Miss May Chitty has returned to Hamilton from a visit to Auckland. • * * c The resignations of Nurses J. Cassidy and J. Donnelly, of the Waikato Hospital staff, were accepted with regret by the board yesterday. ENGAGEMENTS. An engagement is announced between ! Thomasina Dunas Neighbour, daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Neighbour, of England, and youngest niece of Mr and Mrs J. McDonald, of Tamahere, and Andrew D'Arcy, only son of Mrs M. Donaldson, of Te Awamutu. An engagement Is announced between Ellen Lydia, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs R. A. Grigg, Hamilton, and John Cedric, elder son of Mr and Mrs J. F. Hayhurst, Temuka, and grandson of the late Colonel Hayhurst and Mrs A. Hayhurst, “ Ashfleld,” Temuka.
