The Governor of Bengal, Sir J. E. B. Hotson, has written to Mr Gandhi, denying any breach of the terms of Hie Delhi agreement and coercion in the collection of revenue In Gujorat. Mr Gandhi lias telegraphed to Hie Viceroy (Lord Wllllngdon) saying lie found it difficult to proceed to London. The Viceroy's reply is anxiously awaited, as Hie situation is serious.
