VACANCY FILLED. MR T. IL KELLY ELECTED. (Special to Times.) CAMBRIDGE, Thursday. To fill the vacancy on the Cambridge Borough Council caused by Hie resignation of Cr F. Penn, a poll of ratepayers was taken yesterday. There I were two candidates for the seat, Messrs 'l'. 11. Kelly and E. C. Wallis. Lillie interest was taken in Hie poll, ' only 28G votes being cast out of a | total of about 1500. Mr Kelly was | returned. The poll resulted: E. C. Wallis 124
