MANGATEPARU.
BADMINTON CLUB DANCE. There was a good attendance at the Mangateparu Club's dance, the hall being well filled. Music was provided by Mrs W. H. Kerr, extras being played by Miss N. Kerr and Mr Johnston. .Mr H. Bloomfield was M.C. A committee consisting of Misses H West, G. Billington, J. Kerr and N. Kerr had made all the arrangements for an excellent supper. The sum of £8 10s was taken at the door, so that the club’s funds will benefit considerably. Amongst, those present were:—Mesdames Colbeck, R. T. Allen, A. Bates, C. Gordon, D. Grubb, R.
