SUPREME COURT SENTENCES. (Ry Te!wapt» Press Association.) \\ AN(iANUI, Wednesday. The following sentences were imposed In the Supreme Court to-day. Thos. Kelly, theft at Elthani. twelve months and declared a habitual criminal. Edward Scott, obtaining £io by false pretences, twelve months and declared a habitual criminal. Norman Tinney. manslaughter, twelve months’ hard labour and disqualified under section 27 of the Motor Vehicles Act from holding a drivers license for ten years.
