LOCAL OBSERVATIONS. Miss Budd, of Balfour, M. Irvine and Webster, Ltd., supplies the following observations of the weather: — movement and reads 30.25. Indications are for continued fair weather to-day and to-morrow, higher temperature and light southerly winds. Mean temperature, 64 deg. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day are for northerly winds, moderate and freshening. There is a prospect of fair weather with warm temperatures.
