SPANISH CRISIS.
THE NEW MINISTRY. A COALITION OF PARTIES. (By Tfiegrapli.—Press Association.) (Received Feb. 19, 12.30 p.m.) , MADRID, Feb. 18. Though the general impression is that Admiral Aznar’s acceptance of the premierhsip really means that Alfonso has rallied the “Old Gang” to the aid of the throne, it is hoped the Prime Minister will assure impartiality at the corning e'ections. The new Premier states that his aim is to re-establish a normal Constitutional Government. The Ministry is really a coalition of all parties except the Republicans and Socialists. The strong man of the Cabinet will be Count Romanones.
