The Government biological research station for work in relation to forestry was olllically opened at the Cawthron Institute yesterday afternoon by the Minister of Education, Hon. It. Atmorc. The Minister and other speakers testified to the importance of the station in preventing the spread of diseases among New Zealand forests and plantations.
