DISARMAMENT.
COMING CONFERENCE. WHO WILL BE REPRESENTED? (Offlcial Wireless.) (Received February 18, 11.30 a.m.) RUGBY, February 17. Questioned in the House of Commons on the composition of the coming international disarmament conference, Mr A. Henderson (Secretary for Foreign Affairs) said it was presumed that all members of the League of Nations would be represented, and he anticipated that those non-members who 1 had participated in the work of the" preparatory commission would also attend. The Government hoped that all States desiring to take part would be iavited.
