CLAIM FOR DAMAGES
SEQUEL TO COLLISION. FARAIER SEEKS £926. AUCKLAND, Wednesday. In the Supreme Court yesterday, before Air Justice Ilerdman and a jury, a claim for £926 damages, arising from a collision between two motor cars at Tuakau on August 3, was heard. The plaintiff was Albrcl-' George Rowles, farmer, of Pukekoho. Norman Reeve Coiylins, farmer, of To Awamulu, and Stanley William .Jones, contractor, ol‘ Gordonton, were joined as defendants.
In his statement of claim, plaintiff said he was a passenger in a car driven by Sidney F. lioddinoll, which was proceeding from Tuakau to Buckland, when the collision occurred with a motor car owned by the defendant Collins and driven by the defendant .Tones. He alleged that defendants’ car was negligently driven, causing the accident. He claimed that he suffered serious injury, and his health was permanently impaired.
