WEDDINGS.

PERROW—McMIKEN. The marriage was solemnised on the morning of . February 12 at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church between Edith Milner, second daughter of Mr John McMiken and 1 lie late Mrs McMiken, of llukanui Road, Hamilton, and John Perrow, of Rukuhia. Rev. 11. G. Gilbert performed the ceremony. The bride, who was given away by her father wore a frock of ecru lace and georgette, falling to the ground, and a lace coatee and hat of crinoline straw. She carried a shower bouquet of autumn colourings. The bridesmaid was Miss Helen McMiken, who wore a Frock of apricot georgette, fashioned with a close-iltting bodice with cape effect and skirt of flared frills. She wore a hat to tone and carried a ibouquet of autumn coloured flowers. Mr Jock Jess, of Rukuhia, was best man. After the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride's brother, Mr W. J. McMiken, Hillcrest, the guests being received by Mrs W. J. McMiken. Mr and Mrs Perrow left by car for the wedding trip, the bride travelling in a suit of pleated figured crepe de chine and red hat. They will make their home in Rukuhia. HARDLEY—MURRAY. The marriage was solemnised last evening at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Claudelands, by Rev. 11. G. Gilbert, between Evelyn May, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs J. Murray, "Rerehoa," Radnor Street, Hamilton, and Russell Charles Hardley, younger son of Mr and Mrs John Hardley, 80 Clonbern Road, Remuera, Auckland. The bride, who entered the church with her father, wore a gown of old ivory satin, fashioned in mediaeval style, with the skirt falling to form a train. She wore a veil of Brussels lace, held by a Juliet cap of pearls, and carried a sheaf of St. Joseph lilies. The bridesmaids were Miss Ethel Hardley and Miss Mavis White, both of Auckland, Miss Hardley wore jade green georgette and Miss White daffodil yellow georgette. Both frocks were fashioned alike with lace yokes and long full skirts. The maids wore felt hats to tone with their frocks and carried pastel-shaded bouquets. The best man was Mr A. Hardley, of Hamilton, and the groomsman, Mr 11. Butcher, of Auckland. After the ceremony a reception was held, the bride.’s mother receiving her guests wearing a gown of floral georgette with a navy Bengaline coat, and hat to tone. The groom’s mother wore a gown of Burgundy lace and georgette, with black hat, and carried a bouquet to tone. After the reception Mr and Mrs Hardley left by car for the wedding trip, the bride travelling in a suit of crushed strawberry spun silk with cloche hat of the same tone. They will make their home in Hamilton.
