EXPLOSION IN BYDNEY. LARGE PREMISES GUTTED. DAMAGE, £25,000. United Press Assn.—Elec. Te2. Copyright (Received Oct. 25, 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, Oct. 25. An explosion, the origin of which is unknown, heralded a fire at the Federal Furnishing Company’s premises, in the suburb of Leichhardt early in the morning. . The spectacular blaze, which was watched by thousands, gutted the building. The damage' is estimated at £25,000.
