HAMILTON DOMAINS.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —Some time ago Dr. Brewis donated to the Hamilton Borough a piece of land on the east side of the river near the railway bridge. It is a section, which possesses great possibilities as a small park and would, I am sure, be very popular as a picnic ground if some necessary facilities as gas rings etc., were provided. Cannot the Domain Board do something in this direction? The site would also make an admirable children’s playground and I am sure it' would be greatly appreciated as a rendezvous by the numerous visitors to our town each week-end.—l am, etc , ’ PROGRESS.
