THEFT OF TOOLS
A PLEA OF GUILTY. (Special to Times.) NGARUAWAIIIA, Thursday. On three charges of theft of motor tools, the property of R. Gibb, the New Zealand Dairy Company, and from an unknown source, Walter Jackson Roper appeared in Court, before Messrs. Sampson and Rogers, J's.i J . Accused pleaded guilty. lie was convicted on all charges, arid admitted lo probation for two years.
