EGGS FOR BREAKFAST,
When eggs last winter were costing over 3/- a dozen in stores, many families were enjoying them every day for meals and in cakes. “What extravagance!” you exclaim. Not at all. Those eggs only cost 1/- a dozen last summer, but were preserved with Ovoline paste, a 1/6 jar of which preserves 360 eggs. (2)
