OUTBREAK AT CAMBRIDGE j ;", ‘ • r :■> A COMPLETE LOSS. OCCUPANTS AWAY FROM HOMS, (Special to Times.) CAMBRIDGE, Friday. A. six-roomed house owned by Mr F. Veale, of Tamahere, and occupied by Mr W. Munroe, was completely gutted by fire at two o'clock this morning. The flames had a good hold when the Brigade arrived, and nothing was saved. Mr and Mrs Munroe .had been visiting friends at Horahora, and were on their way home when the outbreak occurred. The furniture was insured in the Queensland Office for .£465 and in the Royal .Insurance office for £l5O. The building was covered to the extent o£ £BOO In t'he South British office. FARM BUILDING BURNED. BLAZE AT KOMAKORAU. A farm dwelling occupied by Mr., Clark at Komakorau was totally destroyed by fire at about 2 o’clock this morning. The building was Jnsured for £4OO in the South British Office and the contents were not covered by insurance. LIBRARY DAMAGED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) MASTERTON, Thursday. The Martinbrough Public Library, with an attached dwelling occupied by ■Mr and Mrs Findlay, was badly,damaged by fire and water early this morning. The books suffered from’ smoke and water. , *
