ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
AN INJURED ANKLE. Whilst working at the Taupiri dairy factory on Tuesday, Air J. 13. Elvey, oarpenter, of Hamilton, slipped and fell, sustaining a severly sprained ankle which will incapacitate him for a few days. GIRL’S LEG BADLY CUT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Thursday. While engaged in cleaning a skylight in a building at Foxton, Miss I. Tollison, daughter of Mr J. fi. Tollison, met with a serious mishap. Iler foot slipped through the skylight, but fortunately stie saved herself from falling right through. She sustained a sever wound in the calf of one leg. A FATAL FALL. THROUGH GLASS PARTITION. WELLINGTON. Saturday.
Wilford Howard Hickson, manager of the Zealanrjia Club, fell through a glass partition on to the floor below, and was so badly cut. that lac died in hospital from loss of blood.
