BURDEN OF BOARDS.
INEQUITABLE DISTRIBUTION. PROBLEM TO ME FACED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. Referring to the problem facing city hospital boards as the result of a large number of motor accident cases and the apparently inequitable distribution of cost between boards and those benefiting from insurance, the Hon. A. J. Stalworthy, -Minister of Health, said the problem was one that had to he faced. The cost of attending these cases was . a heavy burden on hospital boards and proposals were likely to be made toward finding the solution. He fully realised the magnitude of the problem and the matter was already engaging the attention of the department-
