CONFERENCE WITH MAU. THE PROCEEDINGS TERMINATE. CONCLUSIONS REACHED. (By Radio to Press Assn.) (Received March 7, 2.15 p.m.)_ APIA, March i. The conference between the Administrator (Colonel S. S. Allen), Hon. J. G Cobhe and the Mau closed yesterday. With regard to the Administrator’s points, it is announced ■ 1. The Samoans were not lanou. able to the breaking up of the orgam2. No opposition would be made to the wanted men being arrested. 3. It is understood the samoans will return to their villages. The Administrator said he would meet the representatives of the people at any time at Milinuu Apia or \aiiima to discuss matters benefit to t country. .
