ALLEGED DISORDERLY BEHAVIOUR FIGHT AT A DANCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Monday. As a result of a disturbance at ft social at Pukernai Bay, three men. Charles Johansen, Frank Stewart and George M.>'Lacey were charged with behaving in a disorderly manner, using obscene language, and committing mischief to the value of £3. It was stated that the accused paid for admittance, and there was free access to a quantity of beer. Accused used bad language and behaved dis-, orderly, and during a fight a tray of glasses was broken. The Magistrate, Mr Page, held that the place was not a public one, and that the mischief was not intentional. He dismissed the charges.
