BIG PROPERTY SOLD

£115,000 PAID. GISBORNE, Saturday. The large station property of Tangihau, 32 miles from Gisborne, of 15,157 acres, with J 8,000 sheep and 1900 cattle, was offered at auction to-day. Bidding started with an offer of £1 11.000, and after a pause a hid of £115.000 was put, in on behalf of the mortgagee, the Bank of Australasia, to whom the property was knocked down.
