TO-DAY’S RECIPE.
PASSION FRUIT JELLY. Take a dozen passion fruit, juice of i of a lemon, cup of sugar, cup of water, five sheets gelatine. Put. all on to hoil, then strain. A drop or two of cochineal is an improvement to colour if fruit is pale. When cold, whisk in the whites of two eggs, stiffly beaten, and pour into a glass dish. Sliced bananas may be added if desired.
