BREACH OF REGULATIONS.

TAUPIRI DAIRY CO. FINED

(By Telegraph.—Special to Times.) AUCKLAND, Friday.

On eight charges of failing to grade 'certain whole milk cream received from G. Traill, in accordance with the regulations, in that such cream, being first grade, was wrongly graded as finest, the Taupiri Dairy Company, on pleading guilty, was to-day fined a total of £4 10s, plus £9 10s costs.
