TWO IMMIGRANTS CONVICTED. ONE SENT TO GAOL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) MARTON, Thursday. Robert. Cyril Sout-hwood (28) and Arthur James Tullett (21), immigrants employed .at. the railway refreshment rooms, were convicted of theft of various articles from motor cars, to the value of £8 during a recent dance a few miles from Marlon. The former was sentenced to six months' hard labour and his companion was fined £5. The police stated that, a third of their time is occupied by investigations of thefts from cars.
