TEAPOT DOME LEASE. DEAL FINANCIALLY GOOD. MR. FALL'S STORY. (Australian and N.Z. Cable (Received March 29, 10.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, March 28. At El Paso Mr Fall gave an interview, wherein he declared that. Ihe Teapot Dome lease was the most financially advantageous deal ever made for the Government. He reiterated denials regarding alleged bribes and the suppression of news about leases, and produced a copy of a message allegedly from Mr Harding reading: "I think itonly fair to say in this connection that the policy adopted by the Secretary for the Navy, Mr Denby, and the secretary for the interior, Mr Fall, dealing with the matter was submitted to me prior to adoption thereof, and the policy decided upon and subsequent acts have at all times had my approval. It is expected that Mr Fall, in anticipated testimony before the Senate, will maintain that Mr Harding had complete knowledge of the situation.
