SAND IN THE WORKS. CLAIM AGAINST COUNCIL. Declaring that the pumice in the borough water used at their Frankton factory had damaged their plant considerably, the New Zealand Co-opera-tive Dairy .Company claimed £SO damages from the Hamilton Borough Council last night. The demand was merely "received."
