STORMING OF ZEEBRUGGE

MEMORIAL TABLET UNVEILED

SURVIVORS PARTICIPATE.

(Reuters.) LONDON, June 27,

A tablet on the Mole at Zeebrugge, commenorating St. George's Day's historic landing In 1918, was unveiled by Prince Charles, the second son of King Albert of Belgium. Tho ceremony was attended by several survivors of the landing, including Capt. Carpenter (of the Vindictive), the Belgian authorities, and the Duke of Northumberland.

One noteworthy person present was Mrs Glbbs, mother of Commander Glbbs of the Iris, who remained at his post although both legs were blown off by a German shell.
