ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL.
RAILWAYS v. WANDERERS. . Al Seddon Park, Wanderers were disorganised, mainly through injuries to their regular goalkeeper and centre forward, which quite, upset their usual combination. As a result, they were heavily beaten by Railways lo the lune of 10 goals to 1, Ihe scorers being Jamicsoti (4), Barton (■!), Chalmers and Storey for Railways, and Elvy for Ihe Wanderers. The game was not, however, Ihe farce the scores would indicate, the Wishails at back, playing good football for the losers, the "goalie" being woefully weak. The new men on Mew Buchanan (Wanderers) and Wilson (Railways) did not give any startling display, but will no doubt settle down after a few games. Mr Jas. Haillie refereod. GAIV2ES AT AUCKLAND.
