This firm has been improving and manufacturing this can for the past 36 years, ami have not abated in the least their zeal lo embody in (heir production all the latest and best improvements for utility and durability. A new type, of a direct expansion cooler and a. "Harvey's" Ideal patent rimless cheese hoop are also on exhibition at Hio sland. The snecial features of the cooler are the smooth finish and the patent distributing tray on the top. which distributes evenly over tin surface If is guaranteed absolutely rustless and has the firm's thorough recommendation. The Rimless Cnce?-.' Hoop should be of special interest to cbeesemakers throughout the Waikalo, for it is one of the biggest improvements yet made. Coolers of all sizes are executed to order by Messrs Alex. Harvey and cons from those suitable for the on! cow'plant up to those used in the largest factories in the world.
