CHURCH SERVICES

The Sunday morning service al St. Paul's Methodist Church will be conducted by .Mr Oxenham (Auckland). The London Street, Hoy Scouts will parade for this service. At 7 p.m. the subject is. "Shall we know one another after death?" Rev. 11. Ford, preacher. Mr Webster will give organ recital from 6.15 p.m. to 7 p.m. The services at the Baptist Church, will be conducted to-morrow by Rev. H. G. Hercus as usual. In the evening lie will speak at the King's Theatre on the subject of "The Unpardonable Bin." ■ »

In St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Claudelands, to-morrow, Young People's Day will be observed in accordance with the appointment of General Assembly. Rev. F. A. Thompson, of Te Awamutu, will conduct the services at 11 a.m., 2.30 p.m. and 7 p.m., and the evening service is for young men. Special offerings will be received in aid of S.S. fund. Mr T. J-I. Henderson will preach at Gordonton at 2 p.m. Friends are asked to note the change of hour at Newstead from 7 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. during summer months.

Young People's Day will be observed at First Church, King Street, to-mor-row. In the afternoon there will be a special service for scholars, parents and friends, when in addition to musical Items an address will be given by Mr Pike. The service at Whatawhata will be taken by Mr Macaulay. At the Church of Christ on Sunday evening Mr J. Foster will speak on "The World's unrest; will it find its betterment in the philosophy set forth at a Church Conference this week?" "The Second Coming of Christ, will !t be in secret,, or known to all living?" is the theme at the Strand Theatre to-morrow night at 7 p.m. The four services at the Salvation Army to-morrow will be conducted by Commandant Home, while the Sunday School will meet in the morning and again in the afternoon.
