In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Counties- Act 15)08" and its amendments, "The Local Bodies Loan-, Act, 1013" and "The Housing Act, J 010," the Waipa County Council hereby resolves by way of special order to raise a special loan of Eight thousand pounds for the erection of Workers' Dwellings. Such loan to be for a period of thirty-six and one-half years on the instalment system under the provisions of Part iil of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 11)13," the rate- of interest being four and one half per centum <ior annum. The security for such loan to he a special rate of One Thirty-sixth of a penny in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable property in the County of Waipa.
