STARVING CHILDREN OF EUROPE. J (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUX MO IN, Wednesday. At a representative meeting yesterday, to raise funds for the relief of the starving children of Europe, it was.decided to transform it into a Domipipn appeal and to petition the Legislature to grant a liberal subsidy.
