“ERSATZ” COTTON

The Germans arc developing a new industry “Ersatz” (substitute for) cotton which may pay all their debts, and re-establish German credit. "Ersatz” consists of wool cellulose, which* is claimed to lie usable in the same way as cotton foe everything.
