Mr .1. P. Bailey was re-elected chairman of the Waikato Hospital Board to-day. This will he the tenth year lie lias held Hie office. Mr is. I*. Hunt has retired from Hie firm of Watts. Hunt and Armstrong, which will in future he,known as Wails and Armstrong. Miss M. J. Ratcliff lias been appointed to the position of Public Health Nurse, at Pukemiro, Hunt Iy, and lias commenced her duties.
Mr JL P. Hunt, who has retired from the firyi of -Messrs Watts, Hunt mid Armstrong, left for Auckland to-day-Ho has joined Hon. J. A. Toie, K.C. Lieut.-Commander Bourkc, V.G., who recently visited New Zealand, is in Sydney, where tic will again lecture ou behalf of Ihe Navy League on Die Uslcud-Zeolirugge light.
