RECORD TAKINGS. The fancy fair held by the Hamilton Girls' Friendly Society at the Town Hall yesterady, in aid of the fund for the Girls' Lodge, realised the sum or £250 which is a record for similar functions held at Hamilton This brings the sum now m hand to £looo. it is hoped to make a start on the building when £ISOO is accumulated. Hyde; dressed doll, Miss Rule; Moore-Jones' picture, 3 O'Grady; furnished cradle, Miss Wallnutt; caschet of scent, Miss Glasgow; bicycle, J. O'Grady.
