FANCY FAIR RESULTS
RECORD TAKINGS. The fancy fair held by the Hamilton Girls' Friendly Society at the Town Hall yesterady, in aid of the fund for the Girls' Lodge, realised the sum or £250 which is a record for similar functions held at Hamilton This brings the sum now m hand to £looo. it is hoped to make a start on the building when £ISOO is accumulated. Following are the results of the various competitions: Faville's cake, Mrs D. Hay, Davey's cake, Mrs Innes and Mrs PleyeV silver purse, Miss 0. Mernngton; boudoir cap, Alf. Hyde; dressed doll, Miss Rule; Moore-Jones' picture, 3 O'Grady; furnished cradle, Miss Wallnutt; caschet of scent, Miss Glasgow; bicycle, J. O'Grady.
