The annual meeting of the Hamilton Co-operative Terminating Building Society was Held last night, when the annual report and balance-sheet were approved and adopted. The retiring directors—Messrs G. A. Hayter, H. H Howden and P. Parr—were re-elected. Mr James E. Tidd was elected to replace Mr T. B. Booth, who has retired. Mr P. English was re-appointed auditor.
