On December 4th, 1919, at the residence of his sister (Mrs Bell), Te Puke, Bay of Plenty, Daniel, dearly beloved son of Daniel and the late Mary Ann Murphy, Galloway Street, Hamilton East, and late Lanec-Corporal, 29449, D.C.M., Ist Battalion, Wellington Regiment, 18th Reinforcements, N.Z. Expeditionary Forces;' aged 29 years. R.I.P.
