IUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the "Waipa County Council will be held at the Council Chamber, Ohaupo, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon on TUESDAY, the 12th day of November, 1918, for the purpose of confirming the following resolution passed by way of special order at a special meeting of the said Waipa County Council, held on the Bth day of October, 1918. RESOLUTION. RESOLUTION. The Kirikiriro Road Board hereby resolves by way of Special Order to raise a special loan of Jour thousand pounds under the provisions of Section IOE of "The l.oeal Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," fur the benefit of that portion of the Kirikiriroa Boad District known as the Horsham Downs Special Bating Area, tor the purpose of purchasing land for roads and constructing and forming roads and metalling and sanding roads for the first time in the said Horsham Downs Special Bating Area, such loan to l>e for a period of thirtysix and one.half years, tmder Part TIT. of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," with interest at 4£ per centum per annum, and to he S''curd by special rate ofjd in the pound on all ratable property in the said Horsham Downs Snecial Bating Area, and that the cost of raising the loan and of the first year's interest and sinking fund during the construction of the works be pa'd out of the loan.
