ALLEGED TREASON
M. MALVY ON TRIAL. INFORMATION FOR THE ENEMY. MILITARY AND DIPLOMATIC. (Australian and N.Z. Cable As9n.) Received July 18, 5.5 p.m. PARIS, July 17. The Senate sitting as a High Court of Justice, has opened the trial of M. Malvy, a former Minister. The indictment charges Malvy with having informed the enemy of all <he French military plans and diplomatic plans, especially the Chemin des Dames offensive.
