GERMANS IN CHINA
4000 STILL AT LIBERTY. NO SIGNS OP DEPORTATION. (The Times.) Received July 15, 8.10 pan. LONDON, July 14. The Times' Tokio correspondent states that 4000 Germans are still at liberty in China, with no prospect of deportation to Australia, though China has established a bureau for this purpose in Japan. The Germans were never more prosperous, and they are moving unhampered by the ineffective rules.
