The Berliner Tageblatt states that Herr Colin, a Socialist member of the Reichstag, proposed that a committee should consider Germany's military leadership. The Pan-German newspapers vigorously protest against criticising Hindenburg, but the Socialists insist on a discussion in the Reichstag.
