ANTAGONISM IX SYDXEY. (United Service.) SYDNEY, Sept. 2;j. Tlip anti-conscription campaign has been opened, the Town Hall being packed and a big overflow meeting held in the street. .Messrs \Y. F. Finlayson (Brisbane and F. Anstey (Bourke), members of the Federal House, were the chief speakers. The oroceedings .were orderly, and resolutions were carried against conscription for service abroad, and pledging the use of every lawful means against the carrying of Itle referendum.
