There was a huge assemblage including. the ministry and high functionaries. Tbe Novoevromyr says thai Bogroff was an accomplice 0 f Mauraueff who committed suicide early last September after' being del abated to murder Count Stclypin. Tbe chief of the secret police accepted Bogrofi'.s proposal to effect a sensational arrest of tho other conspirators at the theatre but Count Stolyptin had not been informed of the plans.
